I am a freelance floral designer. My style is very unique. I am free to be as creative, flexible and unconventional as you choose. Working with a freelance designer has benefits such as creativity and flexibility, but best of all, you receive personal attention from start to finish. I meet one-on-one with my brides and talk with them frequently to fine tune wedding plans so I can make sure they love every detail. I encourage clients to go with me to the wholesale flower shop to see exactly which flowers they would like me to order. This helps to match colors and make sure there are no surprises on the wedding day. Since I work from home, I don't have the overhead costs that a full-service florist would, so my prices are more reasonable... a benefit most often appreciated by the father of the bride!

I began arranging wedding flowers eight years ago, helping friends who were getting married as my gift to them. Soon, friends of my friends started asking me to do their flowers and I had a booming business. Three years ago I married my floral wholesaler! My husband, Josh, is a tremendous asset to my business. He knows all about what flowers are available in each season and he is great at moving and "engineering" my arrangements.
